We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

NOTE: Some items may be eligible for return only within 7 days of receipt of your order.

If you have any questions about your return deadline, please contact our customer service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unwashed, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@empirewear.store.  If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), personalised products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (such as beauty products) . We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds.
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
